Comment:

Christian Seidel is Full Professor for “Manufacturing Technologies and Additive Manufacturing” (since 2019), Head of Smart Manufacturing Lab (since 2021), and Deputy Head of PhD Center “Materials and Production Technology” at Munich University of Applied Science (since 2024). 

From April 2016 to Feb. 2022, Christian was Chairman of the VDI committee "Environmental, Health and Safety Issues in Additive Manufacturing".

Between 2018 and 2023, he has received five awards from national and international organizations for his achievements in the field of additive manufacturing.
