Dr. Ahmad Issa is a senior scientist in the Competence Centre DigITools for Manufacturing at Fraunhofer IPA in Stuttgart. His professional career is dedicated to supporting SMEs in their digital transformation journey since 2010 in EU in general, and in Germany in particular, where he joined Fraunhofer IPA in 2016. Standardization plays a significant part of his activities, as he is a member of CEN-CENELEC-ETSI Coordination Group on Smart Manufacturing (SMa-CG) and their Task Group on Industrial Data.
