I am a scientific attendee at Projektträger Jülich (PTJ) working for the National Contact Point on Digital and Industrial Technologies (NCP DIT). My main task is the strategic advice of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research with the focus on European research funding. I studied physics at RWTH Aachen University and completed my PhD in electronic engineering under the supervision of Prof. Rainer Waser at the Forschungszentrum Jülich. During my thesis, I investigated ultrathin atomic layer deposited layers for resistive switching (ReRAM) applications.
