- REC_09.2.01 - Ensure that project consortia properly plan and budget for standardisation activities when preparing proposal, which should include: costs for buying standards, payment of participation fees, covering travel expenses for attending standardisation meetings
- REC_09.2.02 - Develop structured onboarding processes for new experts joining mid-project to ensure they can quickly understand the context and contributions made so far, minimizing disruptions and maintaining project momentum

BOTTL_19 - Financial burden of frequent standard revisions
- REC_19.2.01 - Allocate budget specifically for the acquisition of standards and updates in project proposals to ensure that participating SMEs can access the necessary documents
- REC_19.2.02 - Collaborate with SDOs/SSOs to provide feedback on the challenges faced by SMEs in accessing and implementing revised standards, advocating for more SME-friendly policies
